Does Lanterns Feel Like Green Lantern? Lanterns Review, Plus Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, and Comic Reviews (Unlocked Patreon Episode)

Originally recorded on 8/26/26 for Patreon, Drew and Badr don’t exactly see eye-to-eye on DC’s Lanterns show. After watching the first two episodes, Drew is already sold, while Badr wonders if the Green Lantern series has gone a little too far in the True Detective direction. Then it’s over to Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, the new Marvel fighting game that unexpectedly won us over. Plus: remembering Dolly Parton, revisiting Big Hero 6, and plenty of comic book recommendations and reviews, including Peter David's Incredible Hulk, Radiant Black,Cable: Love and Chrome, The Authority, Clobberin Time, Rook: Exodus

This episode originally premiered as a Patreon bonus episode. If you enjoy the looser, anything-goes side of the Podcast, check out the latest bonus episode on patreon.com/theshortbox
