Welcome, I am so glad you're here. Today's practice is about releasing the need to feel ready, because you don't have to feel ready to begin, you just have to begin.

In this guided breathwork meditation, you'll breathe in and notice the part of you waiting to feel more prepared. Hold. Then breathe out and intend to release the need to have it all figured out first.

Readiness feels safe, but waiting for it can keep you standing at the edge of your own life. Today, take one step before you feel ready, and let momentum meet you halfway.

Take one more breath in. Hold. And as you exhale, let go of "not yet" and welcome "right now."
