Welcome, I am so glad you're here. Today's practice is about softening; not fixing, not forcing, just loosening your grip on what you cannot control.

In this guided breathwork meditation, you'll breathe in and notice one thing right now that's out of your hands. Hold. Then breathe out and intend to loosen your grip on it, just slightly, without needing to know how it turns out.

Control feels safe, but it can also keep you braced against life instead of moving with it. Today, let your shoulders drop an inch. Let your hands open and relax. Trust that you don't have to hold it all.

Take one more breath in, softening a little more. Hold. And as you exhale, release what was never yours to carry alone.
