When was the last time you hung, squatted, or simply played?

If you have scoliosis, you already know that finding comfortable positions and moving freely isn't always easy. But what if part of the problem is that modern life has taken us away from movements humans used to do naturally, like getting down on the floor, squatting, hanging, playing, and regularly moving in and out of different positions?

In this Ruth's Rant, I explain why I believe people with scoliosis may benefit from finding more opportunities to lengthen and decompress their spines throughout the day.

You’ll discover:

  • Why hanging, playing, squatting, and getting down on the floor can improve posture & relieve back pain.
  • Why creating opportunities to lengthen and decompress the spine can be valuable in decreasing back pain with scoliosis.
  • Inspiration to experiment with finding ways to incorporate more movement into everyday life.

Play the episode to discover why your spine may appreciate less chair time and more opportunities to hang, play, move, and decompress.
