When you feel “I don’t want to,” how do you know whether to honor that feeling—or look deeper?
Sometimes doing nothing is the most aligned choice. Other times, resistance comes from old conditioning, survival patterns, or a mind that’s talking us out of the very thing that would help.
In this episode, I share how a morning of “I don’t want to” became an opportunity to pause, breathe, and discern what I really needed—from walking my dog, Gracie Jane, to joining a Qigong class my mind wanted to skip.
We explore:
Recognizing the difference between intuition and old patterns
Using breath and movement to reconnect with yourself
Giving yourself kindness instead of judgment
Caring for yourself during personal and collective change
Moving from survival-based reactions toward living from your true essence
You don’t have to force yourself into action. You can give yourself enough space to discover what’s aligned—and whether your next step is movement, rest, or simply another breath.
