先日、原作者の東野圭吾さんが旅立たれました。謹んでご冥福をお祈り申し上げます。名作は語り継がれる——そう信じて、今回この作品を取り上げることにしました。
ミステリーでありながら、その本質は容疑者の心に迫るヒューマンドラマ。石神哲哉という男が選んだ「究極の愛の形」を前に、人は何を思うのか。

We recently lost Keigo Higashino, the author behind the original novel. Rest in peace. Great works outlive their creators — and with that in mind, this felt like exactly the right moment to dig into this one.
On the surface it's a mystery, but at its heart it's a human drama that gets deep inside the mind of its suspect. Faced with the form of love that Ishigami Tetsuya chose, what does it stir in you?
