Christmas In The Air is a short story set aboard a bustling Christmas Eve streetcar, where a cast of strangers — including the gruff Mr. Grumpy, the generous Mr. Goodwill, and young Dan, newly discharged from hospital and worried he cannot afford gifts for his family — find themselves unexpectedly bound together. As the city rolls past frosty windows, small acts of generosity ripple through the carriage: a gifted handkerchief, a dollar bill, a promised favour. The question is whether the season can soften even the most reluctant heart before the last stop arrives.
