AI is changing how games get built in UEFN and Roblox, but faster production still leaves creators with the hardest question: is the game fun?

Mark Price, also known as Warforge, joins Matthew on The Creative Juice Podcast to discuss AI game development, creative direction, and the skills developers need as their tools change. Drawing on his experience with Call of Duty: Ghosts, Devslopes, JOGO, and PlayUGC, Mark explains how he approaches building games and teaching others to use AI.

We explore Model Context Protocol (MCP), Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), Verse programming, and Roblox development. Mark describes automating asset preparation, moving gameplay systems between projects, and using AI agents to check each other's work. He also explains the planning and tools behind his one-hour Roblox experiment, and why getting a playable game running does not settle whether people will enjoy it.

The conversation goes beyond coding into technical art, UI and UX, playtesting, and Mark's plans for smaller development teams. We discuss the differences he sees between Fortnite Creative and Roblox as businesses, including audience fit and game discovery, plus why precise design decisions matter more than a vague request to make a game.

For game developers, Fortnite creators, and Roblox studio builders, this episode explores how to use AI while keeping responsibility for the player experience.
