To celebrate 10 years of Infinite Abundance, I'm reflecting on the 10 biggest business mistakes and lessons that have shaped the way I build, sell and run my business today.
And here's the biggest lesson of all: more money, more clients and bigger revenue numbers do not automatically mean more success.
Over the last decade, I've learned how to build a business that gives me more freedom, time, energy, money and enjoyment, rather than simply creating more work.
In this episode, I share the mistakes I made around working harder, relying on myself to make every sale, creating too many offers, chasing revenue, constantly trying to grow and believing that an easy day meant I wasn't working hard enough.
I also talk about building business assets, creating scalable offers, recurring revenue, automated customer journeys, buyer psychology, business seasons, cash flow, authority and the three currencies of business: money, time and energy.
Most importantly, I share why I no longer believe that the goal is simply to build bigger.
