Thoughts? Questions? Feel free to get in touch - we'd love to hear from you :-)

In this week's episode we tell the story of the Buddha — not the statue, not the symbol, but his actual life: a sheltered prince, a series of decisions that changed his worldview, over indulgence and self-denial that didn't work, and the eventual "middle way" that became the foundation for everything that followed. We talk about what he actually did under that tree, and why a story that's over 2,500 years old still gets quoted in yoga classes today. Less mythology, more "here's what actually happened and why it matters."

Emma and Andy try to keep their podcasts light-hearted and unedited, wherever possible, allowing for a more natural conversation style and an authentic representation of their characters. They aim to provide information and entertainment by mixing their knowledge, research and personal experiences with debate and (occasional) opposing view points.  :-)
