Thoughts? Questions? Feel free to get in touch - we'd love to hear from you :-)

In this week's podcast we discuss Dharma — one of the most quoted, least understood words in yoga philosophy. If you've heard it thrown around in yoga classes as "follow your bliss" or "find your true calling," we're going to unpack why that's only part of the story. We look at where the concept comes from, how it shows up in the Bhagavad Gita, and why Dharma isn't always comfortable or easy. No incense, no mysticism — just a straightforward chat about a word that gets used a lot and explained rarely.

Emma and Andy try to keep their podcasts light-hearted and unedited, wherever possible, allowing for a more natural conversation style and an authentic representation of their characters. They aim to provide information and entertainment by mixing their knowledge, research and personal experiences with debate and (occasional) opposing view points.  :-)
