At just thirty-three years old, Chef Pellat has already built an impressive résumé, having honed his craft in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants inParis.  This week, Chef Pellat brought his expertise to the International Culinary Institute, where fortunate students experienced exclusive master classes in advanced culinary arts.
