Live from VieVinum 2026 in Vienna with Raphael of Weingut Kodolitsch in southern Styria, an exhibitor at CCWS Copenhagen 2026. Styria is Austria's southernmost wine region and, because it lies close to the Alps, also its coolest. We talk about single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, why a quarter of the estate is Riesling, Welschriesling as "the Styrian answer to Aligoté", 20 hectares of steep slopes farmed by hand, and why winemakers are farmers first.
Interview in English.
