Hello!
Today’s guest, Reuben Williams, shares a deeply personal story about sexual assault, the six-year court process that followed, and what it meant to spend much of his 20s trying to bring his perpetrator to justice.
In this conversation, Reuben speaks candidly about telling the people closest to him, the role therapy played in his recovery, and the 70 sessions he kept as a kind of digital journal - something he’s now grateful to be able to listen back to.
We also talk about life now: his relationship with his now partner, Alice, and why he thinks some men aren’t quite ready to jump into relationships.
