Nobody likes rejection. Especially for those of us with ADHD where it stings even more as we navigate Rejection Sensitivity or Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria.

But, here's the reality. We will have to deal with rejection at some point or another.

In today's episode, I will give you 5 questions you can ask yourself to figure out how you want to respond to rejection in ADHD.

Because we can't choose other's thoughts or actions, but we can choose our own.

When you are met with rejection or failure, I want you to ask yourself these two things:

  1. Is this true (what are the facts)?
  2. How else could I view this situation?

I hope you enjoy today's episode!
