Season 2, Episode 9! We've got a great guest today. Elliot Newman joins me from all the way across the pond. Thankfully we did our episode well before the 4th of July, so there we no Independence Day jokes necessary.

Elliot and I connected on LinkedIn and struck up a conversation about different aspects of Strength & Conditioning, one of my biggest pet peeves. After hopping on a quick call I realized we had quite a bit in common in our approach to training and resilience, and I wanted to get him on the show to share his vast experience and expertise.


In the episode we talk a lot about how to structure training programs for all athletes, not just high level performers. However, Elliot's vast experience with elite athletes certainly adds another exciting dimension to the conversation. The truth is... it's all a lot simpler than many in the strength and conditioning community would have you believe.
