My first treatment room rental as a solo esthetician was WILD.
When I first went solo, I thought my biggest challenge would be finding clients. Instead, I found myself dealing with another renter who seemed determined to make running my business as difficult as possible…and the more time I spent there, the stranger things got.
What started with complaints about my clients and a doorbell eventually turned into mediation, cameras, suspicious activity, and a conversation I definitely wasn't supposed to hear.
This episode is mostly just for fun 😂 but looking back, those early rental experiences taught me A LOT about choosing the right space for your esthetics business.
