In this episode I get honest about 3 tools that are supposed to support your fitness journey but sometimes, can quietly start running it: the scale, your calorie tracker, and your fitness watch. 

I share my own 3 year break from the scale, why I walked away from calorie tracking (for a time), and how I knew it was time to ditch my fitness watch. 

We'll go over when to know if you might need a break, and why it's important to learn to trust your body.
