Season 3, Episode 13 (Episode #49)

LuAnn Nigara, host of A Well-Designed Business, fed her AI her books, podcast transcripts and her thinking on pricing, sales and leadership. It got more helpful, but it still didn’t quite think like her. This episode picks up where her experiment left off. A solo residential designer from Burlington, Ontario asks AI to define her ideal client three ways. Generic AI produces a polished profile which would fit almost any designer in the region. AI loaded with her files gets more precise but points her toward the one big job which ate her time and her margin. An AI built to ask questions finds her real client, and the contractor already sending them to her.
