I had the honor of meeting Thee Gloria Steinem last week because of an incredible organization called Moms First, that's working for practical policy change to make motherhood sustainable for Moms via universal childcare and paid family leave.
I wanted to share my experience, and my thoughts on Motherhood in America for you all, so you can feel seen, hopefully deeply validated, and fired up to join in this effort that needs your assistance.
I explained the purpose of the Moms First organization and their documentary "No Country for Mothers," and how you can freely become involved, inspired and create more values-aligned community in your area of the world.
I gave a little history lesson about Gloria, because most of us weren't adulting during her prime, and in my view, everything about her is illuminating and inspiring.
And then I answered 5 talking questions that were the center of the conversation I was privileged to be a part of last week at her apartment. Thank you for letting me share my experience with you, and for being here, and who you are.
