“October 12th, 1492“ is an original poem by Emiliano Martín. At the same time, it is also a self-translation/adaptation of his original poem, written in Spanish, ‘12 de octubre (tierra a la vista),’ a Spanish version already published in Poesia con Voz.
The verses refer to that historical day when it changed the course of the World.
