Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason.
Today we're talking about what to do when you're going through a difficult season. Romans 12:12 says, “Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.” Even when life isn't going the way you hoped, you can still have confidence that God isn't finished yet.
Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason talk about how easy it is to become discouraged when you're facing problems, delays, disappointment, or a season of suffering. But instead of giving up or trying to make your own way, God calls us to stay in hope, be patient, and keep praying.
Sometimes we want to get ahead of God's timing and fix things ourselves. But God's way is different. He wants us to trust Him, continue in prayer, and believe that He is working even when we can't see the answer yet.
If you're going through a difficult season right now, don't lose hope. Your situation can change. Your story isn't over. God hasn't had the final word yet.
Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep moving forward. Joy is coming in the morning.
