Her passion lies in architecting and cultivating "Gravitational Brands" through strategic partnerships, and reputation curation. Guiding current and aspiring thought leaders to enhance their influence and increase their income.
Continually driven by her overarching dedication to leaving the world a bit better than she found it, Kaiya established The Kitchen; a gen-z/millennial female focused platform cultivating access, and community for women in business.
Having worked exclusively on the WTA tour with the ultimate goal of creating better, more honest, and more profitable representation solutions for it's players. KMG endeavored to establish opportunities where their client's talents and expertise could truly shine operating under the mantra that each athlete is "much more than just the sport they're known for."
