Todayyy we talk all about the feeling of not being enough and needing to be perfect. I share some of me religious OCD healing I had to do because of perfectionism. We go over some reasons we may have these feelings and some things we can do to develop a healthier mindset when it comes to being imperfect. The world can be loud and make us feel small and not enough but you really are enough and doing better than you think. Maybe there is a way you can be a tad gentler with yourself.
