What if this New Moon isn’t asking you to manifest something new—but to create space for what’s ready to leave?
In this Weekly Invitation from Jessica Meils the Podcast, we’re moving with the energy of the Leo New Moon solar eclipse on August 12.
Eclipse season can bring change, endings, revelations, and unexpected shifts. Rather than rushing to decide what those shifts mean—or trying to control what comes next—this week’s invitation is simple:
Observe. Release. Allow.
I don’t personally use eclipses for manifestation or setting new intentions.
Instead, I treat eclipse season as an opportunity to stay present, remain flexible, and notice what life may already be showing me.
Where is something naturally completing?
What feels ready to dissolve?
What no longer feels aligned?
What am I being shown without having to search for an answer?
This isn’t about fearing eclipse energy or expecting something dramatic to happen.
It’s about allowing ourselves to observe what is already moving without immediately trying to direct the outcome.
Sometimes our spiritual practice isn’t about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about creating enough space to recognize what’s already changing.
THIS WEEK’S INVITATION:
Observe what is showing up.
Release what is clearly ready to leave.
Stay flexible.
Allow yourself to be in the unknown without rushing to fill the space.
And rather than setting a New Moon intention, consider one simple question:
What is life showing me that I am ready to release?
You don’t need to force an answer.
Notice what comes.
Observe. Release. Allow.
And trust yourself along the way.
