About the guest/s:

CARMICHAEL CALDWELL - is an American nomadic entrepreneur, philanthropist and runner splitting time between the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa. Given his hectic travel schedule, Carmichael found his passion for running through to find a sustainable approach to fitness that was location agnostic and provided a low barrier to entry.

ANTHONY FLETCHER - Co-founder and coach at OneTrack Club, Exercise Physiologist, biomechanics Coach with over twenty years experience training individuals, teams and working with global fitness brands. Anthony founded Onetrack as a passion project to support runners in their training. From March 2020, the passion project took off and we now have experts around the globe providing in person and virtual services to people with both a performance and longevity goal.
