Matthew Farwell's twin, William, was a cop and was seeing Sandra Birchmore himself when she told him she was 15 the first time Matthew slept with her. He did nothing. Psychotherapist Shavaun Scott joins me on why. William testified on October 26th and 27th with immunity, a deal that keeps his words from being used to charge him over being with Sandra on duty. He drove to her apartment drunk less than a month before she died and says he can't remember any of it. After State Police questioned him, he says he felt exposed and vulnerable, and Matthew told him it would be all right. Later he joked with his brother about wiped phones. Prosecutors say Matthew strangled a pregnant Sandra and staged a suicide, and he has pleaded not guilty.
