In Part 2 of The Rise Series, I continue sharing the raw story of my life and the moments that taught me just how deeply the body and intuition can speak. I open up about my wedding day, the signs I ignored, the fear and disconnection I felt in my marriage, becoming a mother, and the pressure of working while trying to hold everything together. I also share the moment during my second pregnancy when I knew something was wrong, but had become so used to shutting down my inner knowing that I talked myself out of listening.

This episode is about grief, motherhood, intuition, loss, and the spiritual experiences that can meet us in our hardest moments. I share the hospital experience surrounding the loss of my son Hap, the peace I felt in the middle of devastation, and what it was like to hold him, say goodbye, and drive home to an empty car seat. My hope in sharing this is that you begin to trust the wisdom of your body, honor the nudges within you, and recognize how even the most painful chapters can shape the person you are becoming.
