Should you stop eating dairy?


I’ve seen a lot of people in the carnivore community blaming dairy for everything, from weight loss stalls to inflammation.


But is dairy actually the problem?

In this video, I’m sharing my honest thoughts on dairy after years of eating carnivore. While I do think some people may benefit from removing it, I’m actually a big believer that high-quality dairy can be an incredibly nutritious food for many people.


The goal isn’t to tell everyone to stop eating dairy or to keep it in, it’s to help you figure out whether it’s working for you.
