If you are new here, my name is Alexis! I'm a mom of (almost) three kiddos and a parenting coach. After hitting rock bottom with postpartum rage, I was able to find joy and happiness in in motherhood again. It's become my mission to help parents show up with peace even in the most challenging moments with their children.
