When your body stops doing what it used to do, it can be easy to wonder what went wrong. Maybe workouts that once felt normal suddenly need modifications, recovery takes longer, or an injury forces you to change the way you move. And before you know it, a temporary limitation starts feeling like proof that your body is failing you.
In this episode, I talk about what happens when injuries, illness, or changes in your physical capacity force you to adjust how you exercise. We'll explore why adapting your workouts can feel so much harder emotionally than it seems practically, and why losing access to a type of movement you love can feel like losing a part of yourself.
