The womb provides us with a compass to understand ourselves and our emotions, but this important part of ourselves is often ignored in healing and therapeutic spaces. In this episode I’m addressing this missing piece and what incorporating the womb into our healing can actually look like.
I went to school for my Masters in Social Work to become a therapist, and I also have multiple trainings and certifications in the trauma healing world. I’ve been a facilitator and a client in both spaces, and I’m going to share the gaps I see currently and what I would like to see as a more womb-centered healing path.
Here’s what we’ll explore in this episode:
The gap I see in the trauma healing space right now amongst therapists and healers
My story of going to school to become a therapist and then choosing to offer womb healing instead
What womb healing actually looks like through real client stories that give me chills
How you can work with me 1:1 right now to deepen into the next layer of your trauma healing journey through connecting with your womb
