I'm breaking down what it actually means to read a person's style and preferences — how they take in information, how they process decisions, how they want to be led — and I'm walking through all four Insights Discovery color energies (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, Cool Blue) with specific ways to adapt to each one. I'll also share a story about a boss of mine who processed everything totally differently than I did, and what it took for me to figure that out.
