Every one of us has crossed paths with challenges that have left us feeling shook. What do we do with those situations? How do they inform us of our deepest strengths? What if through our struggles we are actually being offered the gateway through which we can transcend and liberate ourselves from old constructs and thoughts that no longer serve us?
Perhaps our challenges can offer up a perspective through which we can alchemize some of the greatest perils of our life, into one that we can renew once more, and begin again.
