I had the pleasure of sharing a beautiful conversation co- hosted with my partner Sean. We speak with our friend, Danny Williams. He is the founder of Mindful Movement Health. It inspires me so much to witness his journey and how he attuned to what his intuition was guiding him towards. It also brings me joy to be able to hold space for our conversation and hear his personal story about what matters to him and what lights him up through yoga, meditation and movement.

The power we each have in what naturally expands our happiness and spirit is such a beautiful space to anchor into. Danny has done this and continues too as he cultivates a community of wholistic healing with his practice, Mindful Movement Health.
