Stephanie Stevenson previously had a salon in Sandbanks, UK, and has been in the industry for decades. She has been behind the chair for over 27 years, and has more recently expanded into tech.
During COVID, when she was unable to work, she became a mentor for the ABM, the association of British Mentors. She helped to support a tech start up company, and worked with them to help them grow.
She shares how the salon industry has many complexities, and platforms need to be created with salon life in mind, rather than trying to force a bolt- on onto existing software retrospectively.
Stephanie has created salon intelligence specifically to support salon businesses.
