Leandra Witchwood and Elyse Welles welcome Jenny C. Bell, author of Divergent Witchcraft: An Inclusive Approach to Making Magic, for an honest and lively conversation about neurodivergent witchcraft. Together, they explore ADHD, autism, dyslexia, rejection sensitivity, hyperfocus, perfectionism, shame, and the fear of practicing magick “incorrectly.”
Jenny shares accessible alternatives to conventional meditation, including walking, chanting, drawing, dancing, gardening, mala beads, sensory tools, and working inside a private sacred space. They also discuss rotating between magical interests, adapting rituals to your needs, overcoming overwhelm, and recognizing that witchcraft does not require perfect focus, elaborate spells, a flawless altar, or anyone else’s permission.
Your practice can move with your mind instead of forcing your mind to conform to it.
