Cosplayer, Twitch Partner, and certified car girl Emmie Christina pulls up to The Wayne Ayers Podcast fresh off going viral at Anime NYC, and nothing is held back.
Emmie breaks down what life has looked like since Anime Expo, how she picks the cosplays that keep blowing up, the one character she's afraid to take on, and the dream cosplay she still hasn't pulled off. She settles Marvel vs. DC, names the best and most overrated comic book movies ever, reveals her anime Mount Rushmore, and lets us in on her Halloween plans this year.
Then we get into the streaming life: what people get wrong about being a Twitch Partner, how many hours it really takes to make decent money, the stream she'll never do again, and her dream subathon lineup. Wayne also gets real advice on starting a stream from scratch before GTA 6 drops. Plus, how she and Hannah Jo met, and which creator she wants to collab with next.
Emmie also opens up about the side of creator life you don't see: why she stopped tweeting her thoughts, how she handles hate, how hard it is to make real friends in this world, what a true day off looks like, and what she misses about life before the attention. She drops a hot take she's ready to defend and tells us where she sees herself five years from now.
Hit subscribe, drop your anime Mount Rushmore in the comments, and tell us who Emmie should cosplay next.
