Our skin is specifically tuned to absorb NB-UVB light, which starts a natural cascade of actions that calms the immune system and reduces inflammation for better health. In psoriasis, for example, NB-UVB performs as well as Humira clinically, and outperforms it in patient quality of life satisfaction.
