In which the Mister and Kid 1 join me in reviewing RESIDENT EVIL (2026), from writers Zach Cregger and Shay Hatten, the film is directed by Zach Cregger. In this horror-action film, an ordinary medical courier named Bryan (Austin Abrams) accepts a last-minute high-paying delivery to transport a package to a hospital in the snowy mountains. Little does he know, his route leads straight into Raccoon City just as a catastrophic viral outbreak transforms the local population into terrifying, mutated monsters. Thrust into a frantic, non-stop race for survival, Bryan must navigate the collapsing, chaos-ridden city and avoid horrifying creatures long enough to complete his delivery. The film clocks in at 1 h and 34 m, is rated R and is still in theaters - definitely go check it out. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
