The bar is so high nothing gets made

Someone can have plenty to offer and still spend the day hesitating over a single email. They’ve already imagined how it will be received, what could look foolish, and how much better it ought to be.

A small task has become an audition.

In this video, I talk about dropping the bar low enough to actually participate. Make something you can improve. Send something someone can respond to. Give the day a chance to become more than another rehearsal.
