Patrick Burris was a lifelong offender who never should have been released from prison. When he was unable to adjust to life outside of incarceration, he went on a murderous killing spree in Gaffney in 2009. Todd Kohlhepp committed his first offense at age 15, and went on to unleash a reign of violence on victims in South Carolina years later.
