Pee Wee Gaskins stood only five feet two inches tall but he terrorized the state of South Carolina for years until he was electrocuted on Death Row in 1991. Lee Roy Martin went on a murder spree in Gaffney in the late 1960s, leaving no young woman safe, until community members banded together to catch a killer.
