In this one, I talk about creating, and the power of self-confidence. We create this through our foundation of positive mental attitudes/energy, and just good vibes. I explain the meaning (to me) of my favorite personal mantra, and things get me a little energized at the end. It's a good one. We can work on building our confidence by showing up for ourselves day by day, and when we can't, then we have a bank of experimental data from our past where we DID, and we can draw inspiration from this to keep on keepin' on. This is a good one.
