Frankly, look where that has got us. In this episode, I make the case for a different kind of leadership. One rooted in calm presence, thoughtful action and genuine care for people. We introverts do not need to extravert ourselves into exhaustion to lead effectively. But we may need to stop waiting to be invited and start demonstrating what authentic leadership actually looks like.
