Prepping for the Expansion Draft with Cannons HC Sean Quirk

Lisa and Emma recap the many trades that have gone down over the last three weeks and the PLL coming to Peacock (0:06-8:33).

The girls then speak with Cannons Head Coach Sean Quirk on the process with Coach Rubeor to trade for Paul Rabil (8:34-11:39), what he learned from Coach Copelan’s Expansion Draft (11:40-13:05), and biggest surprises from the unprotected rosters (13:06-15:32). Putting an emphasis on the defensive side of the ball (15:33-17:31), how he’ll build a balanced roster (17:33-18:53) and what style of play the Cannons will have (18:54-20:32).
