What does it mean for a planet to be under the beams of the Sun? The Sun’s light outshines the light of the other planets, so the planet’s energy is hidden and suppressed. In one reading, Venus under the beams showed up as a secret love affair, and because Venus sat in the 12th house, he might get away with it. Mercury under the beams can mean you can lie and get away with it. But it isn’t always bad. A Venus under the beams in her exaltation in Pisces is like walking through the desert at high noon with no shade and no water, except she came prepared, with some water, some shade, and maybe a chariot with four guys carrying her. Know thyself. Balance your energy.

Takeaways

  1. A planet under the beams of the Sun has its light outshined by the Sun, so its energy is hidden or suppressed.
  2. Venus under the beams can show up as a hidden love, such as a secret affair, and the 12th house adds to the secrecy, so he might get away with it.
  3. Mercury under the beams makes the mind hidden too, so you can lie and get away with it.
  4. Under the beams isn’t always bad. A planet in its exaltation, like Venus in Pisces, is in the desert at high noon but comes prepared, with water, shade, and a ride.
