Mr. Satan is a rivethead and industrial/EBM DJ based in South Florida. He’s been in the scene for years, originally coming out of Cincinnati where he was both DJing and booking, so this isn’t something he just picked up recently.
What makes him different is how he actually plays. He doesn’t pre-build sets or rely on mixes—he’ll start with a handful of tracks and build everything live, reading the room as he goes. It’s very instinct-driven, but controlled. He knows his music inside and out, and he knows how to keep people moving without forcing anything.
He’s shared stages with Lords of Acid, KMFDM, Aesthetic Perfection, and Faderhead, and has played events like Fantasy Fest and Exxxotica after-parties, but he’s not someone who leans on that. If anything, he’s more about what’s happening in the room in front of him.
Outside of DJing he’s just naturally social and easy to connect with, which carries over into his sets. There’s a little chaos in it, a little humor, but it’s always intentional. If you’ve seen him play, you already get it.
