Directed by Michael Showalter (The Big Sick, The Idea of You) and adapted from the novel by Colleen Hoover (It Ends with Us, Reminders of Him), Verity stars Anne Hathaway as Verity Crawford (The Devil Wears Prada, Les Misérables), Dakota Johnson as Lowen Ashleigh (Fifty Shades of Grey, Suspiria), and Josh Hartnett as Jeremy Crawford (Oppenheimer, Trap). The cast also features Brady Wagner as Crew Crawford (Liz Here Now), Ismael Cruz Córdova as Corey (The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Mary Queen of Scots), and Irina Dvorovenko as Anna (Flesh and Bone, Red Sparrow).

After the reaction, Roxy & Tara discuss Anne Hathaway’s unsettling performance, Lowen and Jeremy’s relationship, the story’s most disturbing moments, the changes made from Colleen Hoover’s book, and whether Verity was a manipulative murderer or the victim of a horrifying misunderstanding.
