Imagine for a moment a world with future technology that allows the authorities to catch criminals before a crime is even committed.  Sounds like a movie?  That’s because it is. This is the plot for the 2002 movie “Minority Report” starring Tom Cruise.  Cool concept, but pure fiction, right?  Not quite. 

So break out your tin foil hats, my spooky friends.  Today, you will hear the tale of a psychiatrist who tried to do just that.
